Does our inn accept children?
We are primarily an adult-oriented inn and welcome children 13 years & older.

Does our inn accept pets?
Sorry, No Pets allowed in the Inn because some guests have allergies.

Do pets live at our inn?
No Pets in the inn.


What if we arrive early?
Our inn's check out is at 10:30am and check-in starts at 3pm. which gives us only about 4hours to clean all the rooms and go grocery shopping and etc to prepare for our next guests, but if you arrive early, please contact us before coming to the inn. If the room is ready, we may be able to check you in early.

What if I need to cancel after making a reservation?
You will need to give us proper notice. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know 7 days before your arrival , 14 days before your arrival for Holiday season, 6weeks before your arrival for group (more than 20nights booking in total) booking. (Cancellation without proper advanced notice, will be charged 100% of stay). As a small inn, it is hard to rebook the rooms in only a few days.

Can I use my credit card to pay for the room?
Payment can be made with Visa, Master card, debit or American Express (Usually, we do not carry cash, so if you would like to pay with cash, please prepare exact amount. )

Is there a minimum number of nights we have to stay?
We prefer 2 night minimum stay on weekends and winter high season but if you only can stay 1night, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

Does our inn offer any special discounts (e.g., for members of AARP or AAA)?
Sorry, we do not have any discount programs other than specials on our website.


How much privacy will we have?
We are a Bed and breakfast style boutique inn. The guests have common lounge / dining room. Guest fridge for storing snacks. Innkeepers have a private quarters separated from guest area.

Will we hear other guests through our walls?
Our inn's walls are built in sound in mind. Studs are staggered which provide quiet room experience.

Is there a common room where we can meet other guests?
You can enjoy meeting other guests or reading books in our rich well decorated dining and living room with complementary Coffee, various teas, hot chocolate & fresh baked cookies. We set the next breakfast settings in the dining room around 6pm while guests gone out for dinner.

Do we have to interact with other guests at breakfast?
When you arrive for check in you can choose a private table or a shared table to join other guests for your breakfast. On a busier morning , only shared tables might be available.

When is breakfast served?
On quiet mornings, a full breakfast is served at 8:30am. On busier mornings, first seating at 7:30am and last seating at 8:30am. If you need to go early in the morning before breakfast serving time , we can make a Breakfast Togo Pack (Usually consisted with Juice, muffin, nutrition bar, apple, banana)

Can I have coffee or tea early in the morning before breakfast?
Yes, we have a Beverage Bar with Coffee, various teas, hot chocolate & fresh baked cookies in the dining/living room, so anytime you can make a drink for your pleasure. For the breakfast, we will make the drink you choose, so you can just relax and enjoy the breakfast.

What type of breakfast is served? Will we see a menu?
We serve a full hot breakfast of your choice. Please click here to see our menu.

Can our special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, low-sodium) be accommodated?
Feel free to contact us, we are confident we can meet most your dietary needs.

Can we have breakfast delivered to our room?
Sorry, breakfast is only served in the dining room.


Is bed and breakfasts handicapped accessible?
We have a chair lift for the second floor for guests who need help getting up stairs to their rooms.

Are your B&Bs is old building?
Our inn is purposely built in 1995 as a Bed & breakfast Inn with Colonial Revival styles design.

Is smoking allowed?
Our inn is 100% Non-smoking property. We installed IAQ (indoor air quality) UV light and IAQ high density filter for guest to breathe the cleanest air possible.

When do we need to pay for our stay?
We take the payment when you check -in. The main reason for this is we will be busy with breakfast serving in the next day morning. So you don't have to wait for us when you want to leave while we are serving breakfast to other guests.

Can I bring food to the inn?
You can bring simple snack food (drinks ,cheese, crackers and fruit ) but any type of prepared food or preparation of food in guest rooms or inside of inn by cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.

Can I get delivered food from local restaurants to have meals in the inn?
Sorry, we prefer that you go out for your meals.


Will we have our own bathroom?
All rooms have their own private bathrooms

Will there be a TV or Telephone in the room?
We try to create a quiet environment with No-TV, No-Telephone in guest rooms & common area.

Will we have a Jacuzzi or whirlpool tub, or a hot tub?
We do not have Jacuzzi or whirlpool tub, or a hot tub in the inn but we do offer complementary pass to Revelstoke Aquatic center.

Can we connect to the Internet from your B&B?
Complementary WIFI

Will our room have air conditioning?
Whole inn is central air conditioned

Will an innkeeper help me develop an itinerary for my visit?
Yes, we do offer concierge Service for all guests for booking dinners in local restaurants and activities.
